The Uncirculated Mint sets for 2015 struck at the Denver Mint have some coins which look like the Proof coins. Such Prooflike surfaces of the coins are caused due to certain environmental conditions in the Denver mint and the subsequent handling. Some of these coins are up for sale in premiums at Auctions. These coins include Lincoln cents, Kennedy half-dollars, Roosevelt dimes and etc.An NGC MS-68PL red 2015-D Lincoln cent was sold on August 30th for $328.33 on ebay.
The Denver and Philadelphia mints have certain factors which lead to a slight variation in the coins struck at those mints.
